RESERVATION POLICIES
At the time of reservation, half of the balance is due, unless the reservation is made 30 days or less from your arrival date- then the balance is due in full.
The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Reservations that are cancelled PRIOR to 30 days will be refunded in full, less the processing fee.
If reservation is cancelled 8-30 days prior to arrival date, half of the deposit will be refunded, less the processing fee.
No refunds for cancellation within 7 days of reservation.
A $15 processing fee will be applied to ALL cancelled reservations.

CAMPGROUND RULES
PLEASE NOTE: FOR 2024, We have decided to become a fireworks-free campground.
All guests must check in at the office upon arrival.
Quiet Hours start at 11 p.m.
Be considerate of neighbors with music and noise.
All pets must be on a leash.
Please be mindful we live in the forest among wild animals - DO NOT LEAVE FOOD LYING AROUND.
Please put all trash in a tied trash bag and place in the designated trash truck on-site. Bringing garbage bags is recommended.
Alcohol in moderation, please.
Fighting and/or aggressive behavior will result in a call to the sheriff and most likely you will be asked to leave. There is a zero tolerance policy for bad behavior at our family campground. Please conduct yourself accordingly.

Tent Campsites - New Policy This Year
We have TEN (10) designated tent campsites on Riverfront that can be reserved. However, they will be non-refundable if reserved. If your plans change, we will work with you to choose another weekend as long as you use it in the current year with no carry-over.
Groups that want to tent camp together should work scheduling through the office.
Tent Camping : $20/person per night, $5/children ages 13-18 (when accompanied by parent), and ages 12 and under are always free.
Covered Platform add on $15.00/night
Uncovered Platform add on $10.00/night
Electricity add on $5.00/night- Must bring own extension cord. (50ft will work) Not available for all sites so we need to know ahead of time.
We will continue to have two (2) spaces in the ‘Bowl’ area to the right of the Cozy Cabin.
RV Camping
Our RV sites are fully equipped gravel spaces with scenic views of the river and woods. Each site has 50, 30 or 20 Amp service along with water and septic. Open year-round.
Due to our small size and access, we are no longer accepting 3 axle 5th wheel trailers.
Nightly Rentals
$65/night RV Trailside (4 people) Sites #45 & #46. $390/weekly.
$75/night RV Riverside spots (4 people) Sites #26-29. $450/weekly.
$75/night Small Van/teardrop/pop-up Riverside spots #5 & #6. $450 weekly.
$50.00/night Small Van/teardrop/pop-up camping- up to 2 adults. $300/weekly. Excludes sites #5 & #6 on river front.
$15/additional person per night.

Late check-out available depending on site type.
Long Term Rentals
$600/mo + utilities for 3 months minimum rental.
One time $75 nonrefundable application fee.
All residents must go through an application process and be approved.

The Lily Pad
Tucked away at the far end of the Nolichucky Gorge Campground & Cabins is The Lily Pad for two. A cozy studio that offers a Queen bed, a full bathroom with stall shower and kitchenette stocked with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, utensils, glasses, and dinnerware. Ductless Heat & Air accommodates year round comfort. There is a propane grill and a fire ring outside beneath your private gazebo.
$125/night (sleeps 2 max) Two Night Minimum.
$750/weekly.
AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND.
This room has a no pet policy to accommodate people with pet allergies. Absolutely no pets allowed. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied if violated, credit card info will be kept on file until Housekeeping does a final clean.

Rustic Cabins
We have two (2) Rustic Cabins available for year round rental. They each have a queen size bed. Rustic 1 also has a set of bunk beds to accommodate someone with their own sleeping bag. WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING, however, each queen bed is encased in a mattress protector with a clean mattress pad cover, just bring your own bedding. The cabins include electricity, microwave, mini-fridge, AC/heat with table with two chairs. There is an outside water spigot. The Rustic cabins DO NOT have bathrooms, there are two private bathrooms next to the office for year round use and the bathhouse is open, weather permitting.
RUSTIC CABINS WILL ACCOMMODATE YOUR DOGS.
$75/night for March-December (sleeps 4) $450/weekly.
$60/night for January-February

The Hostel
The Hostel is our latest addition to Nightly Cabin Rentals. The building has been on the property for many years. Originally, it served as dry sleeping quarters for Appalachian Trail hikers then was utilized as a living quarters for seasonal personnel.
It has been renovated to sleep 7 with one queen bed, a bunkbed unit with a full on bottom, twin on top and a futon couch that folds flat into a full size bed. Bedding is NOT provided.
Pets are not allowed in the Hostel.
There is a full size refrigerator and propane range along with a hot water sink, microwave and coffee pot. There is no bathroom, however, it is directly across from the seasonal bathhouse.
As it comes equipped with a wood stove and A/C - think of it as a Year-round Retreat!
$140/night (sleeps 7) Two Night Minimum.
$840 weekly rate.

Dog Policy: Please be mindful of your pets, if you’re going on the river and planning on leaving your dog(s) in your vehicle for 4-5 hours, do them the kindness of leaving them at home. Stuck in a car or tied to a picnic table usually makes them anxious then the whole campground hears barking while you’re gone.
